The 72h sprint.
From brief to live.

This is our process from the inside: what we do in each stage, what we need from you before the start, how much of your time it takes and what you get after launch.

[01] Process · 72h Sprint

72 hours. Four stages. Zero downtime.

No weeks of waiting for mockups and no endless revision rounds. We work in one planned sprint — and you watch the progress live on a preview URL.

[02] Before the start

The clock starts when everything is in.

We count the 72 hours from the moment all materials are delivered. That way the sprint never stalls waiting for copy or photos.

Check your scope in the estimator
  1. 1Fixed quote acceptedScope and price in writing, agreed after a short call.
  2. 2Copy for every pageYour own texts or copywriting included in the quote.
  3. 3Logo and identityLogo as SVG or PNG and brand colours, if you have them.
  4. 4PhotosPhotos of the business, team and work — or a stock photo selection.
  5. 5Access detailsDomain (DNS) and, for a redesign, the current site and Search Console.

[03] Your part

How much work is on your side?

Little, but at the key moments. You see progress live on a preview URL and step in only when a decision is really needed.

  1. before the start01

    Call and brief

About 15 minutes on the goal of the site, the scope and the materials.

  2. stage 1 → 202

    Structure sign-off

You approve the site map and layout before we start coding the design.

  3. stage 2 → 303

    Feedback on the live preview

You review the working site on the preview URL and send your changes.

  4. stage 404

    Handover and launch

You accept the finished site — we publish it on your domain.

* The scope of revisions is agreed in the quote, before the clock starts.

The full code of the site and all access details — the site is yours.

Hosting and domain
The first year of hosting and domain is included in the project price.
Performance report
Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals results from launch day.
Changes without a subscription
You order further changes when you need them — no yearly contracts.

[05] FAQ

Questions about the sprint

01

When does the 72h clock start?

After you accept the quote and deliver all materials: copy, logo, photos and access details. Before that we reserve a slot in the calendar for you.

02

What if I don't have the copy ready?

Copywriting can be included in the quote. We write for people and for the queries you want to be found for on Google.

03

What if the materials are late?

The clock starts when everything has arrived. If the delay is long, we agree on a new slot.

04

What if the project is bigger than one sprint?

Custom or larger projects — such as a shop, online booking or several language versions — get an individual timeline, usually up to 3–6 weeks.

05

How much time do I need to invest?

Usually a 15-minute call at the start and a few short sign-offs along the way: structure, preview feedback and handover.

A short call, a fixed quote within 24h, the sprint starts in the slot you choose. No yearly contracts and no subscription for “WordPress maintenance”.
